For tax advisers and law firms
Client information on your blog, prepared with AI and approved by a professional
Clients expect current, easy-to-follow information. Blog Automation prepares the posts, qualified professionals in your firm check the content and approve it.
Make your expertise visible
A firm's blog shows where your expertise lies and answers questions clients ask anyway. Done well, it saves time in first meetings and brings enquiries that match your focus areas.
The obstacle is usually the effort. Blog Automation writes drafts in your firm's tone. A person in your firm always checks and takes responsibility for the content before a post goes live.
Typical uses
- Client information: changes, deadlines and obligations explained clearly.
- Basics: terms and processes clients keep asking about.
- Firm topics: digital collaboration, exchanging documents, contacts and availability.
- Fixed dates: for example one post every two weeks, planned in the content calendar.
Example topics
- Mileage log or flat-rate rule?
- Keeping receipts digitally
- Wills and inheritance contracts compared
- Key deadlines for the self-employed
- Having an employment contract checked: what matters
What to watch out for
- Professional advertising rules: in Germany, tax advisers may provide factual information about their professional activity (§ 57a StBerG), and the same applies to lawyers under § 43b BRAO. Boastful or misleading claims are not allowed. Other countries have their own rules.
- Titles: only use specialist titles and focus areas if they apply.
- Confidentiality: never enter client data or recognisable cases into the AI. Phrase questions in general terms.
- Being current: laws, thresholds and deadlines change. AI models do not always know the current position and can quote sources incorrectly. Check every statement, give the date and the legal basis.
- No individual advice: a general note that the post does not replace advice in an individual case is common and sensible.
This is not legal advice, not even for law firms.
How Blog Automation helps
- Approval by professionals: in the Pro plan you use roles to decide who may approve. Staff write and edit, only you approve.
- Activity log: who reviewed and approved what and when is recorded.
- Data protection: hosted in Germany, data processing agreement in every plan, WordPress credentials stored encrypted.
- Brand voice: factual and in your firm's form of address.
Frequently asked questions
Who is responsible for the content?
Your firm. Blog Automation provides drafts; the decision to publish and the professional responsibility lie with you. The approval workflow records who reviewed the post.
Does the AI know the current law?
Not reliably. AI models have a knowledge cut-off that can lag behind the current legal position. That is why sections, amounts and deadlines always need checking before approval.
