How the guarantee works
- Book a plan: you book a paid plan for the first time, Starter or Pro, and pay via Stripe.
- Tell us within 30 days: if it is not right for you, e-mail info@blog-automation.com within 30 days of the first payment, ideally from your account's e-mail address. One sentence is enough, for example "I would like to use the money-back guarantee".
- Get your refund: we refund the amounts you paid for the plan in those 30 days in full to the original payment method. Depending on the payment method it can take a few days until the money shows on your account or card.
With the refund the paid plan ends and your account continues on the Free plan. Your posts, settings and connected websites stay.
The terms at a glance
- Who: the first booking of a paid plan (Starter or Pro), once per customer.
- Period: 30 days from the first payment for that plan. What counts is when your e-mail reaches us.
- Scope: the full plan price you paid during that time, including an upgrade charge from Starter to Pro.
- No reasons: you do not have to explain why. A short note is welcome but not a condition.
- Plan tokens: the tokens credited with the refunded payments lapse with the refund. You keep getting the 200 Free plan tokens every calendar month.
- Token packs: one-off token packs (1,000 tokens for $10) are excluded from the guarantee. They are credited at once and remain usable for 12 months.
- Your own AI keys: we do not refund costs an AI provider charges you directly for your own key, as they are not incurred with us.
- Later bookings: after the guarantee period and for later bookings the normal rules apply: you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the billing period.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to give a reason for using the guarantee?
No. An e-mail within the 30 days is enough. If you tell us what was missing, it helps us improve Blog Automation, but that is optional.
What happens to my posts and settings?
They stay. Your account switches to the Free plan, you can keep working with 200 tokens a month or book a plan again later.
Does the guarantee cover extra tokens I bought?
No. The guarantee covers the plan price. One-off token packs are credited at once and are excluded.
