Free, by phone or video call

Ready in four steps

  1. Short call: we talk about your website, your topics and who on your team writes and approves. Afterwards we both know which plan fits; often the Free plan is enough to start.
  2. Connect WordPress and create the brand voice: together we connect your WordPress website with an application password. You create it yourself in WordPress and we show you how. We do not need your normal WordPress password. Then we set tone, audience, form of address and a sample text for your brand voice.
  3. Write the first posts together: on a video call we write the first posts with you, from topic to approval. Your team sees how the editor, calendar and approval work and can ask questions straight away.
  4. Up and running: from now on your team works on its own. If questions come up, you can still reach us by phone and e-mail.

Switching to Blog Automation

From another AI tool: you already have texts you like? They become the sample text for your brand voice. Instructions that worked for you go into your own post templates. There is no automatic import from other tools, but your existing posts stay unchanged in WordPress.

From an agency: you want to take your blog back in-house? We help you set up topics and dates in the content calendar so the handover leaves no gap. If you keep working with an agency, it can write in the same account. In the Pro plan you use roles so that only you approve.

From blogging by hand: you write everything yourself today? We collect topics with you on the idea board or in a keyword list and plan fixed dates. The AI writes the drafts, you stay in control.

What we do and what we do not

  • We do: setup together with you, a walkthrough for your team, answers to your questions about Blog Automation and the WordPress connection.
  • Stays with you: access to your WordPress website and the decision on what is published. Your team reviews and is responsible for the content.
  • Not an agency service: we do not write your blog for you on an ongoing basis. We make sure you can do it yourself quickly and well with Blog Automation.

For the call and the walkthrough you can share your screen if needed. We only see what you show us.
