• Connect client websites: Every website gets its own settings for WordPress status, category, time zone, daily limit and calendar colour. In the Pro plan you connect up to 5 websites.
• Invite clients as reviewers: Your client gets the "Reviewer" role or a custom role and approves posts. Freelance writers work with the "Author" role and cannot approve.
• Everything in one calendar: The content calendar shows all client blogs, each in its own colour.
• A log for every action: For questions later, it is recorded who edited, approved or published a post and when.

White label AI blog platform: your branding in the portal

Under Branding (white label) you add your logo, primary and accent colour, a font and the corner style. If you want, it applies to the whole team in the portal, including your clients. Branding is available in every plan. The portal stays at the address app.blog-automation.com; a custom domain is not possible.

Your own AI keys

In the Pro plan you add your own keys from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini or an OpenAI-compatible provider. Everything that runs through them costs no tokens. The provider bills you directly, and you choose provider and model yourself. Claude and OpenAI-compatible providers do not create images.

Many clients, not many pages

Google treats it as spam to fill many websites or pages with AI just to stand out in search. Blog Automation is meant for the opposite: a few reviewed posts per client, with a daily limit per website and approval by people. More in our guide does Google penalize AI content?

Good to know

• The brand voice currently applies to your whole account and therefore to all websites. There is no separate brand voice per client website yet; you add differences per client in the notes for the AI or through your own post templates.
• The Pro plan covers 5 websites and 5 users. If you need more, contact us through the contact page. We agree higher limits for websites and users individually on request.
• Who holds editorial responsibility for client texts under the EU AI Act, your agency or the client, should be agreed in your contract and checked legally. Approval in Blog Automation records who reviewed. This is not legal advice.
